Newest Year-Round Partner Spotlight: Hauberg Estate
We are thrilled to shine this month’s Partner Spotlight on the beautiful and historic Hauberg Estate—a true gem of Rock Island and a cherished friend of Spring Forward.
With its stunning architecture, the Jens Jensen designed peaceful garden, and deep roots in community history, the Hauberg Estate is more than a scenic venue—it is a place where stories are told, memories are made, and community is celebrated. From hosting educational events to providing space for meaningful gatherings, the Hauberg team has been an incredible supporter of our mission.
In 2025, more than 150 students will dive into hands-on STEAM activities at the historic Hauberg Estate—thanks to our partnerships with the Curious by Nature Program, led by Hauberg Estate staff and the University of Illinois Extension.
This past spring, students from across the Rock Island-Milan School District brought the estate to life during Spring Intersession and After-School Programs, filling each visit with excitement, curiosity, and hands-on discovery that made the experience truly unforgettable.
We are grateful to Hauberg’s generosity and shared commitment to preserving history, fostering connection, and uplifting the Quad Cities community.
Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more connected community.
