Volunteer at SFLC!
Over the years countless hours have been volunteered by a handful of people. These people are working to make a difference in the life of a young child and we would love for you to be a part of that mission! SFLC is an organization that is very flexible in terms of volunteer hours. Our program runs for no more than 2 hours per week day and we serve a different group of children each night of the week. You can select one, two, three or even four days of the week to volunteer - whatever fits your schedule best. You can even serve one night a month! Types of Volunteer Positions
Mentor/one-on-one tutor
Work one-on-one with a child each week (or when you are available).
Help with reading, writing, or mathematics along with homework
Hours to Volunteer
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00-5:00
Wednesday: 2:30-4:30
-Van Driver
Help SFLC transport children from school to our program.
Fifteen passenger van is provided by SFLC, no special licensing required.
