Staff Spotlight: Beth Raygor

Beth Raygor is a native of the greater QC area with family ties to RIMSD from both her mother, as a Rocky grad, and her own two daughters. While she enjoys traveling she truly believes the Quad Cities is the best place to be and call home. She serves in the school district as a Special Education Resource Teacher and Case Manager at Earl Hanson Elementary and as a Spring Forward after school and Intersession educator.

At Spring Forward we are grateful for Beth’s rigor and excitement around all of our core pillars from reading to enrichment. In reflecting on her experience with Spring Forward Beth stated “I choose to work for Spring Forward because it is fun and an opportunity to help. I love working with students outside of regular school times doing different tasks or participating in different opportunities. It is also an opportunity to get to know students on a different level”. We believe one of the greatest assets of our program is the personal connection that students gain from small group activities and interactions and Beth is a living testimony of just that!

Beth makes a difference in the lives of our students with her zeal and ambition to work with kids of all ages and ranges. We have watched as she has fully embraced the program model and celebrated the individual experience of each student. She shared “I have the pleasure of being on several sides of this program, employee and parent. I am grateful for the program and all that it has done for the families in our district. Spring Forward gives so many opportunities that I either cannot give, or have never thought of. I am so thankful that we have you to support us and help us grow”.

Beth, from the deepest places in our hearts thank you for being a part of the Spring Forward team. Today and everyday we celebrate the difference makers in our community!
