First Presbyterian Church Trivia Night
Our friends at First Presbyterian Church in Milan are hosting a Trivia Night event on Friday, February 24th, 2012. The event will be held at Thomas Jefferson Elementary in Milan with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. and games beginning at 7:00 p.m. Entry to the contest is $10/person or $80/table. Book Partnership Program
During the 2011-2012 school year, Spring Forward Learning Center has embarked upon a new project. We is giving each child enrolled in our program a new book each month. The child has the opportunity to select their own brand new book (with guidance) and create their own personal library.
By giving the children ownership of their very own book and the opportunity to read the book during tutoring time, we are supporting literacy! SFLC is seeking donations to purchase the books for the children.
